Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our hair color and treatment products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for B2C or B2B orders once delivered.
Exceptions (Return Accepted Only If):
- The product is defective due to a manufacturing fault
- The wrong item was shipped by Blust On FZE
Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- The product was opened, used, or tampered with
- The order was placed in error or due to a change of mind
- The item was damaged due to improper handling after delivery
In the rare event that a return is approved:
- The product must be in unused, original condition
- A refund will only be issued after inspection and approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error was ours
High-Value Orders (B2B)
All professional accounts must be validated with documentation (e.g. salon license, trade license).
For orders exceeding AED 2,000, we may request additional verification:
- Identification
- Billing address confirmation
- Supporting business documents
Fraudulent claims or unsupported disputes will not be tolerated.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Chargebacks filed without valid cause – after the order is confirmed shipped or received – are considered fraudulent.
- We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks
- Offending accounts may be suspended or banned
- Such actions may be reported to banks, payment providers, or UAE authorities
- Fraudulent use of credit cards is a criminal offense under UAE law
