This website is operated by Blust On FZE (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing and using this site – and by checking the “I Agree” box before placing an order – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms, Conditions, and Policies.

1. Website Usage

By using this site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Unauthorized use of this website or its content – including copying, reproducing, or misusing our intellectual property – is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Shipping Territory & Delivery Charges

We ship orders within the UAE and internationally.

B2B (Business to Business):

• Delivery within Dubai: Free of charge
• Delivery within the UAE (outside Dubai): AED 50 per order

B2C (Consumer Orders):

• Delivery within the UAE: AED 25 per order

International Shipping:

• Orders outside the UAE are shipped via third-party carriers
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout using a real-time plugin
• Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

Blust On FZE is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or added costs due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are listed in AED and may change without notice.
• Orders are processed only after full payment is received and authorized.
• By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• We reserve the right to request verification or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including:

• Full name
• Street address
• Mobile number
• Email address

Blust On FZE is not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect details or if no one is available to receive the package.

5. Shipping Policy

Blust On FZE partners with trusted third-party delivery providers. We are not a shipping company.

• Shipping fees are added at checkout based on order type and destination.
• All orders ship FOB Origin: risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
• Customers will receive a tracking number upon dispatch and must monitor delivery directly with the carrier.

We are not liable for:

• Delivery delays
• Customs clearance issues
• Lost or stolen packages
• Circumstances beyond our control after shipment leaves our warehouse

We will provide reasonable assistance if issues arise.

6. Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our hair color and treatment products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for B2C or B2B orders once delivered.

Exceptions (Return Accepted Only If):

• The product is defective due to a manufacturing fault
• The wrong item was shipped by Blust On FZE

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

• The product was opened, used, or tampered with
• The order was placed in error or due to a change of mind
• The item was damaged due to improper handling after delivery

In the rare event that a return is approved:

• The product must be in unused, original condition
• A refund will only be issued after inspection and approval
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error was ours

7. High-Value Orders (B2B)

All professional accounts must be validated with documentation (e.g. salon license, trade license).

For orders exceeding AED 2,000, we may request additional verification:

• Identification
• Billing address confirmation
• Supporting business documents

Fraudulent claims or unsupported disputes will not be tolerated.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

Chargebacks filed without valid cause – after the order is confirmed shipped or received – are considered fraudulent.

• We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks
• Offending accounts may be suspended or banned
• Such actions may be reported to banks, payment providers, or UAE authorities
• Fraudulent use of credit cards is a criminal offense under UAE law

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, packaging designs, product names, images, and content are the sole property of Blust On FZE.

Use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Consequential losses (e.g. lost profits)
• Any damages exceeding the value of the product purchased

Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect and use your data solely to:

• Process orders
• Arrange delivery
• Communicate with you as a customer

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties outside of:

• Trusted payment providers
• Third-party shipping carriers

Your data is handled in compliance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

All legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
