We process and ship orders across all 50 U.S. states and territories, including:

These are treated as domestic shipments, not international.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in failed deliveries or delays, for which Blust On is not liable.
Orders outside these regions are considered international and may incur customs duties, shipping surcharges, or special conditions.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are subject to availability and approval.
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
- Payment must be authorized before processing and shipment.
- We reserve the right to cancel or request verification for any order suspected of fraud or abuse.
By submitting payment, you confirm you’re authorized to use that payment method.
4. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for submitting complete and accurate information at checkout, including:

- Phone number
- Email
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to customer error or if no one is available to receive the parcel.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship using trusted third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or others.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- All orders ship FOB Origin – ownership and risk transfer to you upon carrier pickup.
- You’ll receive tracking details to follow delivery progress.
- We’re not responsible for delays, customs holds, or loss after shipment has left our facility.
6. Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our professional hair color and treatment products, we do not accept returns or exchanges – whether from retail (B2C) or professional (B2B) customers.
Returns Are Only Accepted If:
- You received a defective product due to a manufacturing error
- You received the wrong item due to our shipping error
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- The product was purchased in error or due to buyer’s remorse
- You changed your mind after purchase
In the rare event of an approved return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless due to our error)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A refund will only be issued after inspection and approval by our team
7. High-Value & B2B Orders
Orders over $500 may require additional verification, including:
- Government-issued ID
- Business license or cosmetology certification
- Billing address confirmation
Fraudulent or unsupported claims of non-receipt may be denied. We reserve the right to refuse service to accounts involved in repeat disputes or unverifiable claims.
8. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Unauthorized chargebacks or false fraud claims are taken seriously and may result in:
- Permanent suspension of your account
- Reporting to payment processors or legal authorities
- Legal action under federal anti-fraud statutes
We will always act in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns.
